Overall had a good experience. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and secure. Checking took a long time (sort of a traditional hotel with lots of paperwork). Breakfast was decent but as westerners not a ton of options for my kids. Price was very reasonable. Overall happy with our stay

We liked the access to the gym, spa and the restaurants in the hotel. We liked having hot water and high water pressure. The property is beginning to show signs of aging and could use some work especially on the floor tiles.

Its my 1st time to Book in Villa Caceres, And I was so happy That my family had a great time at Villa Caceres, I book to Family Suite, Breakfast is included but we have extra guest and they just pay for the breakfast and its very affordable so worth it. i would definitely book again in Villa Caceres Naga, my family loves the pool. my nephew had their JS prom the same time we book so it was so worth it.
