The Prince Park Tower Tokyo - Preferred Hotels & Resorts, LVX Collection
5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1001)
"This is a lovely hotel, however it is a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thus, there are limited dinning and shopping options in the area. Now that being said, it is close to several subway stations if you are inclined to travel to a dinning/shopping destination. However it is always nice to end long touring days near the hotel with good options for dinner -- and that is not the case with hotel. "

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. "Budget accommodation in the heart of Shinjuku. No one was there when we wanted to drop off our luggage before check-in at 3:00, and the signs could have been a bit clearer in terms of where we could leave our luggage.
