Great breakfast with a lot of options. Lovely staff. Loved the happy hour drink. Room basic and lacked character but nice to have a balcony. "

"This hotel is very convenient. Walkable to major stations and convenient stores downstairs. The area has lots of food options but it’s bit of shady at night. It’s gonna be loud if you stay in lower floors, but the soundproofing is good. Didn’t try their breakfast but it looks amazing. "

"I have been staying at the Cerulean on my trips to Tokyo since 2006. I have never had a bad experience in all of that time. The facility and staff are top notch. I especially enjoy the fitness center and exceptional swimming pool which also included dressing rooms and sauna. The hotel is also a short walk to all that Shibuya has to offer iin the way of shopping and end endless assortment of great food. "

"This hotel was excellent, as advertised and great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the property was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent value and delicious. The ladies bath was very peaceful and very clean. The hotel was an easy walk to Kyoto Station and a popular bus stop and subway stop were 2 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this property."

"Second time staying at this hotel. It’s easily walkable from Shimbashi Station even with luggage. Natural Lawson next hotel, great Raman shops within walking distance. Can easily walk to all shops in GINZA."

"Location was great, near subway station. Lots of good food downstairs by the hotel. Alleys are lively at night. Only bad part is the room was small but that is expected in tokyo. Service was good, hotel was clean, checkin was easy."

"Staff is extremely friendly. Excellent location if you need to take a flight to/from Narita. You have a grocery store and restaurants. Rooms need some maintenance, they look old. Complementary bottle of water would be a nice to have"
