"Everything was very satisfactory. The staff was professional, the room clean, the location very well connected. Maybe the room was a bit cool. A dehumidifier or a stronger dehumidifier might keep the room dry without cooling it down so much. Even when are switched off the aircon, the room stayed cool"

The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. The room and hotel were also clean and newly updated."

"Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "

"The room was clean, modern,spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt,etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "
