We stayed during an 8 hour layover. Pleasant staff, nice room. Executive lounge breakfast was very basic. The snacks later in day before departure were stale left over breakfast pastries, a bit disappointing when paying extra for the lounge.

We loved staying here, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was super nice. The pool and spa area were excellent. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and we were at the hotel in 10 minutes. They also provide a shuttle to the train (MTR) station, which made getting around super easy. The only downside is there is nothing next to the hotel like other restaurants but there is a brand new mall across the street that is due to open soon. The breakfast buffet was nice

I was only here while in transit. it was perfect to get a few hours sleep. Room service was very nice and fast. The free shuttle bus to and from the aiport was very easy and efficient.
