Clean but extremely expensive

The room is nice, cleaning service excellent. We arrived at 19:00 and had to wait until 20:00 fir the room to be ready. This said the reception staff was nice although pushy with expensive dining options. One particular staff at the pool was agressive and rude with our kids and those of others. I had to intervene a couple times. Overall it is a nice hotel with almost all staff very pleasant but outside the room things are overpriced even by HK standards.

Some parts of building getting old but on the whole well maintained. Staff is well trained & very polite!

Good shower area. Comfortable bed. Good view from the room. Fast internet. Need to improve on the variety of western food. Hong Kong is losing the ability to prepare western dishes.
