This is an amazing hotel where all rooms have ocean views. We had a twin room which was extremely spacious and came with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning, We found the free shuttle bus to and from the nearest metro station really helpful as it would have been too far to walk. The infinity pool was wonderful too and Staff were very helpful. We will definitely come back to the Fullerton.

Excellent hotel if you want to escape the city. Beautiful location with amazing views. The pool is particularly special. You are somewhat isolated from Aberdeen but they do have a shuttle to the nearest metro station. The food at the hotel is good but expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great New Hotel with Excellent Amenities, but Room Maintenance Needs Improvement Pros: Friendly Staff & Excellent Service: The staff was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Fantastic Amenities & Views: The room view was great, and the facilities were top-notch—the seafood buffet, outdoor swimming pool, and gym were major highlights. Location: Located right inside the SeaWorld park area. Cons & Areas for Improvement: Nearby Conveniences: Being right inside the park means there are limited local businesses and no convenience stores nearby. Room Maintenance & Plumbing: We booked two rooms; while one was perfect, the second room had a severe drain odor caused by a clogged bath drain. On the first night, having the A/C on high masked the smell, but on the second day—after turning off the A/C because it was too cold—we returned in the evening to a terrible odor. Staff provided an air purifier, which helped a bit but was not enough to fix the underlying issue. Overall Rating / Summary: This is a promising new property with high-quality facilities and friendly staff, but room maintenance needs better quality control to ensure all rooms meet the same standard.

Superb breakfast and ultra friendly staff. Marco and the whole crew are amazing! Friendliest customer service in HK. Infinity pool and views are stunning. Soaking tub. With the shuttle to the MTR, everything is accessible. If you want to get away from the stress of the city but have pretty easy access to its excitement and the peace of HK island’s south side, I would definitely recommend the Fullerton.
