"The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location."
"Loved the time we spent here. The reviews complain about the highway and it being loud. The whole time we were there it was quiet and peaceful. The food and drinks were delicious. The massages at the spa were very relaxing. All in all we will be definitely returning back!!! Perfect way to spend our honeymoon!"
"I enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the hotel. It was clean. The only thing that was terrible was the bathroom. The toilet kept clogging when it flush right but staff was great and it was clean."

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The majority of the food was delicious. The aesthetics of this place is beautiful. I love how everyone is so attentive and helpful. Secrets Tulum was overall a great experience. Very relaxing and peaceful resort."
"It doesn’t have parking, only valet. So it takes like 3-5 minutes for them to bring your car when you want to go somewhere.
It’s like 10-15 minutes drive to main restaurants and hotels.
Mattress was uncomfortable, kinda of hard.
The design and decoration of the hotel is very unique, 2 nights to experience it is enough. Room was cleaned, food was good, and the Mirador was spectacular!! "

"Really liked this place. Beautiful, great view, massage, service, food and drinks. Didn't know that they turn the AC off during the day but if you ask them, they can leave yours on. "
