The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake. "I had the most relaxing stay at IKAL. i booked a trip to celebrate my birthday month. The hotel concierge was super helpful in booking my private airport pick up and drop off. Everything was super smooth. I booked the maya plunge and it was stunning. The room and property were well kept. The food was delicious and staff super friendly. The wellness programs were included with my stay and were super therepeutic. I booked a private tour to visit the ruins, cenote and ven a la luz. The hotel arranged a private tour guide Nelson who was amazing. Words can't describe how beautiful this sanctuary is. So close to the ruins and surrounded by the sea and jungle.
