"Loved everything about this stay. The hotel feels fresh, youthful, and vibrant. The rooms are compact but super smart and clean, with great tech. The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. An absolute gem of a hotel if you appreciate smart design and a great atmosphere!"
"Unfortunately we found this place to be very disappointing. While some staff members were friendly and kind, management is dishonest and highly unprofessional. On our last night we returned to our room to find the power worked for everything except for the AC, which is essential in the 90+ degree heat. We messaged staff and no one was available, and security came to “help” then went back to sleep. There was something seriously sketchy about it. If this is the attitude management has for running this"
"The place needs a lot of updates, when it rains the water goes inside the cabins, it is super hot and muggy and they do not offer a portable ac or any options for the room to cool down. There's an animal that goes in guest cabins. Thru the leaking roof and looks for food . The cabins are covered with tarps so water does not get inside, and all the Beach was full of sargassum. Also the government wants to charge you every day you enter the hotel property?"
"The staff were very nice and charismatic. There were not a lot of people there which was nice in our opinion. Right in the beach. Beach chairs/beds and a pool right outside. We had our own little patio. There was a little thing of water next the stairs to the patio- I thought it was a bird bath- partner let me know it’s to wash the sand off your feet- simple but I really appreciated it. We always seen somebody cleaning in the distance. It’s walkable. It’s in a sort of gated part of Tulum. There’s restaurants within that space though. Parking was okay. There was a nice man in the parking lot who ushered us in (made it easier cause it was tight) and offered to help us with our bags. :)"
"The water was unavailable 11 pm - 7 am for all the days we were there because they had some work going on. The hotel itself was nice and clean and staff was friendly but it was very empty, so if you’re wanting calm environment, this is the place. It’s also kinda central"
