We had an amazing stay at Mimaru Tokyo Ueno Inaricho. Everything was perfect for us as a family of 3. The room was a great size with plenty of space to relax after a long day of walking. The location of the hotel is brilliant. The street that it is located on is quiet, but you are within a 15 minute walk to the heart of Ueno, and it is so well connected, with Ueno station about 10-15 minutes walk and Inaricho station about 5 minutes walk. It really is the perfect base to explore Tokyo. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly and were always willing to offer recommendations for places to eat and the best ways to get around. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we return to Tokyo.

Lovely modern hotel in a convenient location. Short distance from Ueno station or a very short walk to Inaricho station which is on the Ginza line. We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again.

We had an excellent stay at MIMARU Tokyo Ueno Inaricho. We are extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff is amazing and truly goes above and beyond to help. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable, which made it a great base for exploring Tokyo. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully organized. We honestly don’t have anything bad to say about our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We had great stay here, great size family room, modern, nice amenities and staff. Little further away from Ueno station but close to supermarket. The biggest thing that let us down was clogged up air purifier which blows dust particles throughout the room. Staff attended to it quickly after being advised. Maintenance of amenities could be improved here.

Very nice stay, liked the location as it’s away from most of busy Tokyo. Nearby 7 11 and food/dollar store type worked out great for breakfast stuff, treats and sovieners. The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. We stored 10 bags on our last day before taking a private van to the airport.

This hotel was AMAZING! Staff was extremely helpful, there was a grocery store and 711 so close, and it was really convenient for access to the larger Tokyo area with Ueno and Inaricho station nearby. We stayed at two different points during our vacation and realized during our second stay that some rooms had windows that have views of outside world. It would have been nice to have that feature for our first stay since that one was much longer but still great a kitchen, bathroom, and additional tatami space!
