Enjoyed our stay here! We did the online check-in option but they still had to wait in line for other people to do their check-ins before we could get our keys so didn't really save that much time. The rooms are spacious and the shower is awesome! There is an area to store luggage but it was all full when we arrived so we couldn't lock our stuff up. We did still leave our suitcases there and didn't have an issue. Would recommend staying here.

Very good location. We are a family of 4 with a young child and an elderly person. The hotel is 2 min walk from tawaramachi train station and less than 10min walk from Asakusa train station. Family mart convenient store is right next door to the hotel. 24 hrs laundry service is 2min walk. We all are happy with the location as we got what we need

Walking distance from Tawaramachi subway station. Very close to Asakusa Senso-Ji temple. I didn’t see any staff at the hotel, but I m sure they have few people working at the site. It was a decent property with just adequate facilities.

Basic accommodations in great location

Henn na Hotel was about as basic as they come. Room was small but not too small. Beds were firm but still comfortable. Towels were thin but clean and they did the trick. Amenities were available but no body lotion, which I didn't pack. Didn't expect the rooms to be serviced daily, but they were. Hotel was located very close to subway station and all the attractions in Asakusa. Restaurants and convenience stores all around. Wish there was at least ONE English speaking channel in the TV. And we didn't realize there wasn't a front desk where we could get help with directions, etc. We were definitely on our own.

Great value and very convenient

Typical size of room in Tokyo. The design is cute and tidy. The Japanesque room set up made it a bit more challenging for bags and with a family with young child, we needed some imagination to fit in the luggage and have some room to breath but manageable. We find the place very clean, and housekeeping was good and eco friendly. The self check in process was fun for the little ones, and there is staff reachable by a phone call. We found the location very convenient for our travel in Tokyo, with two small playground nearby and a Family Mart convenience store on the premise. Also close by to 2 public transit stations on different lines make it pretty easy to travel. Sound proofing was very good and we had great sleep there. Great value and would definitely recommend.

A no frill hotel with basic amenities that’ll get you by. Room is definitely on the smaller side. It is comfortable enough and clean. Bathroom got an automatic toilet with bidet and the shower room looks new and very clean. Like that it is self check-in and out, but staff is also on site to help if needed. They speak enough English. Had to request additional pillows since they only provide one per bed, and you can pick them up on the lobby floor from the staff. The area is quiet but within walking distance from the touristy areas and nightlife. First floor is a Family Mart with a small eating area, which made it extremely convenient for some coffee and breakfast in the morning or some late night snacks. Overall, would recommend this place if you just want a clean place to sleep in the Asakusa area. Be sure to visit the roof top for an awesome view of the Skytree.
