Room was small but very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, an easy walk to Ginza and Tokyo tower. There was a variety of dining options close by. The area has good transport close by. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel offered bottled water each day and very generous with toiletries, wonderful service.

The room was decently sized compared to what hotels offer. They had all the amenities in our room and everything was amazing. It was clean and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Truly a gem!

This was a great hotel and a great stay. The hotel was nice ane comfortable. The room was slightly bigger than the other places I've stayed. The amenities were nice and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next stay.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the monorail to Haneda. It was passable for one night but I would not recommend it for an extended stay. Our room was clean but typical Tokyo small size. The ventilation was bad as there is a central heating and cooling system and the hotel was changing from AC to heat. The amenities are limited. Unless you want to be close to the monorail there are better locations in Tokyo.
