The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly courteous, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. Their warm service truly elevates the experience.The hotel’s location is unbeatable if you want to be right in the heart of Shinjuku — just a short walk to Shinjuku Station, major shopping areas, and countless restaurants. Having a 7‑11 conveniently located on site is a huge plus as well.I was also impressed by how well‑maintained the air quality is throughout the hotel. The environment feels fresh, clean, and comfortable everywhere you go.The on‑site restaurants are excellent, offering a wide range of high‑quality dining options.
