When I checked in at 3pm, the front desk staff replied that only one room was available, the other room near to this room was still dirty and not sure when it was cleaned completely. She asked us to wait for 45 mins. By 4pm, the room was still not yet ready and no definite available time was provided. I complained that they were wasting my time as I made this request earlier when the reservation was made, not last minute request....
