"I really like the ambiance, the courteous personnel working at Conrad. Especially Ms. Des who works at the Concierge staff who alway extend her way to help me, and not only me but other guests. "This is the best hotel we have stayed in. We were here for five nights in a marina view room with a balcony. The pool is fantastic. The staff were all amazing and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Special items (egg free) were made for our daughter at breakfast which she was thrilled about. Dinner at skirt was delicious. "
