We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Seaview Room while traveling with our 1-year-old girl. We had originally booked a Panoramic Seaview Room but after requesting a baby cot, we were informed that the room couldn’t accommodate one. The team kindly moved us to a Deluxe Seaview Room instead — though the bathroom was smaller and didn’t have a bathtub, the cot fit comfortably beside the bed. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a baby. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and we loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The recreation facilities are fantastic — thoughtfully designed with different zones for different age groups. Breakfast was another highlight with an impressive variety of choices and even dedicated corners for kids and baby food.

Pool was great with fun activities. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Massive spread. Staff were great too.

Staff were really friendly. Rooms were clean. Buffett was varied. It is a family friendly hotel. In terms of increasing to a 5 star review the rooms could do with a bit of updating, particularly the bathroom. The lobby was a bit plain. The dinner options were basic in terms of one of the restaurants whose menu did not show pictures or the ingredients. They did ask about allergies but when we ordered the meal we didn’t expect the dish to be so spicy. Also the laundry didn’t really clean our clothes. They came out smelling less favourable than they went in. Overall the swimming pool and beach were excellent and the morning breakfast is great. The outside decor with the lights and waterfall also made the hotel more magical. We loved this

Very clean, spacious, and well organized room. Every hotel staff member I came across was attentive and friendly. The only thing I would comment on was the duration of our check-in. I stood in line for at least 20-25 minutes and at the counter for another 20 if not more. The system couldn’t locate my booking reference due to their recent system updates. Not a big deal but I wish I didn’t need to take almost an hour just to check in. Overall I had a great time and it felt like a true mini getaway vacay away from the city!
