"The hotel was nice overall, but our check-in experience could have been better. We arrived at around 12:00 after a very long and exhausting journey. I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, so we were happy to wait and spend some time outside the hotel. However, even when we returned shortly before 3:00 PM, we were told that the room was still not available and that we had to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. At exactly 3:00 PM, our room cards were given to us. I completely understand the hotelโ€™s check-in policy, but I believe a little flexibility, when a room is ready, can make a big difference to a tired travellerโ€™s experience. We were extremely exhausted and simply wanted to rest. Overall, the hotel was good, but I hope there can be a little more flexibility with check-in when possible."

"The most extraordinary stay Iโ€™ve had. Staff were amazing and their hospitality is top tier. All of the hotel concierge were helpful but when I was facing a huge difficulty with my credit card the front desk agent really put herself in my place and not only understood my problem but solved it. I cannot thank the marina bay sands team for taking care of me during my stay. I am definitely gonna be coming back. Everything was just divine."
