"We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"
"A very well appointed hotel in a lovely area that offers lots of cafe and dining options. It’s in a very good area for transit to explore the main of areas of Tokyo. "
"Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Quick to assist with any questions. Location is great, with easy access to transit and walking to nearby neighbourhoods (Shibuya, Roppongi, etc). Lots of great nearby eateries and convenience stores on every other block. Was great with kids, the sofas easily are turned into quite comfortable beds. Our tall for their age 7 and 10 year olds fit very comfortably. The room is a good size, especially by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was...

Top Shibuya Folk and Literary Shirane Memorial Museum Hotel Reviews
"I stayed at Dormy Inn Jingumae - Shibuya, and I absolutely agree with other reviews—having an on-site onsen after a long day of walking and shopping is clutch!
Thanks to Japan’s amazing luggage forwarding services, Dormy Inn kindly held my bags until I arrived, which made things much easier. That said, navigating from Shibuya Station to the hotel can be a little tricky so I opted for a GoTaxi (Japan’s version of Uber) to make the trip smoother—and once I arrived, everything was a breeze!
Dormy Inn Jingumae has a ryokan-style feel, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly patient and kind, even as I navigated with limited Japanese—thank you for the translator app convos and English signage everywhere!
My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, but the real gem was the onsen! They had a sauna room, wash stations with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And their hot and cold baths did wonders for my lower back pain. It was so good!
Note: This is a more traditional setup—tattoos are not allowed to be uncovered in the onsen. Even makeup concealers don’t count—you’ll need a bandage to fully cover.
The hotel is perfectly situated near Shibuya’s shopping and dining scene, and just a short walk to Harajuku’s trendy shopping streets.
If you're looking for a spa + hotel combo in the heart of Shibuya, Dormy Inn Jingumae Hot Springs - Shibuya is a fantastic option! "
"Location is perfect! There are everything around the hotel!!! Market/shopping malls/very good restaurants… Metro stations are very close the hotel. Center of Shibuya is very close… I highly recommend this hotel 👍👍👍"
"Within walking distance of the Shibuya JR line and the Shibuya Scramble intersection
A lot of restaurants and things to see in a compact area, explore the immediate area around the hotel, everything is brand-spanking new! It really has a futuristic feel to it, especially at night. "
"Excellent staff and location. 4th stay at this hotel. Concierge is excellent in areaging transportation, receiving packages and helping me mail out a package. Location is as ideal as you can get. Right next to the Shibuya Scramble and connected to the Shibuya Station. "
"Great location! Has nice common area where you can meet other travelers. Super rare to have a full kitchen at your convenience as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time in Tokyo! "
"This was a big hotel and had all the features to match: a pool, gym, fast elevators, lounge, EXCELLENT breakfast, helpful concierge, and centrally located in Shibuya. I did not love hectic Shibuya (I should have stayed in the slightly less frenzied Ginza), but Cerulean made me feel glad that since I was in that area, I was staying there!"
