It was close to Shibuya crossing. Lots of local dining options. The only complaint i have is the lighting in our room is not bright enough. One the staff members helped us carry our luggages to our 5th floor room.

This hotel is a quick 5-10 min walk from the train station. There are food places right outside the entrance, and a street over has a beautiful strip of cherry blossom trees (perfect for picture taking). The staff was friendly, available, and spoke english. The thing that most disturbs me about the facility is that it was very dingy. The walls of the hallways and rooms had dirt marks on them, the bathroom shower curtain smelled moldy, the hallways had items in them constantly so you had to watch where you walked. The whole building needs a thorough deep clean. Fresh towels and pajamas were delivered daily though.

The shower had black mold in it and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom i slipped and almost killed myself. Room was very very small, not even enough room to put my bags. Hair on the matress snd pillows when i got there.
