"The room was was described. Beds were comfortable and location to the airport was perfect. We did not have hot water, reported it to the manager but didn't hear back. Overall our stay was fine."

"As an expedia ueser, we should be made aware if there is renovations ongoing before we book. The staff was amazing and did say there would be comstruction. However, I did not expect to be treated to a rock concert while I stayed there. There was no regard by the workers for anyone in the building, music playing very loud so that every floor could hear. "I stayed for 3 days Security Guard on the pool area are very rude. Inconvenience have to pay for blanket pillow or extra towel. Will never stay in this place again. Found cockroach in the unit."

"There were roaches & flies in the apartment. When I told the manager about it he said they they exterminate every week but the roaches are very persistent, lol. I had to laugh so I don’t curse him out. I told him he shouldn’t rent an apartment they know is infested and he agreed but I’m sure that’s bs & they’ll rent it again. Terrible! They should not be on hotels.com as 3.5 stars. They should be max 2 stars"

"Nice view. AC worked good... People working in lobby were very professional.. Dirty bed & sheets.. One dirty worn towel for 2 people.. We had to buy our own towels.. Wash machine was dirty & didn't work.. Dirty kitchen.... Would not recommend ..."

"The bed was as hard as a rock, they had signs up saying they would fine you for all sorts of things, hanging laundry, cooking food that smelled, taking a chair on the balcony, smoking outside. There were bugs everywhere, even in the towels. Do not stay here"

"Accomodation said its for 4. But actualy for 2 pax only. No trash bags, no bidey, towel is not realy a towel, tenant is realy hard to contact. No rags, kitchen utensils are not complete some caserole is rusty. Ive requested everything we need but they will just say that they will provide but did not at all"
