"The staff were accommodating. The outdoor pool is crowded, making swimming difficult. The room was so small. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, and you couldn't adjust the temperature, which was so cold. The TV wasn't working, and there was a smell from the toilet."

"I didn’t go to the pool, everyone is friendly.. our room is quite small no drawers to put clothes. Specially if you are there for how many days. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The only thing that we didn’t like is the people offering you to see thier condominium complex. People giving flyers are so pushy. "

Here's why: PRO's: Affordable rates, Great Location, Great Staff, Nice pool area, Nice showers with great water pressure. CON's: The hotel is damp and musty--everything in my room (the bedding, my clothes, everything) gets damp in there. The bathroom is small and oddly shaped--it is tricky to get inside the bathroom and then try to close the door. I accidently drank the water and ate the ice in the restaurant on my last night and ended up getting pretty sick (that's mostly my mistake--you don't do that in Manila)."

"I frequently travel thru Manila and I always stay at Lanson Place, when rooms are available. The concierge is always accommodating at picking me up at NAIA and bringing me to the hotel and back to the airport when it is time for me to leave. The front desk attendants are always polite and greet me with a smile. I will continue to book my travel stay at Lanson Place as long as you continue to provide the world class service that you have shown me in the past. Keep up the great work!"

"Location is convenient to malls, restaurants and the airport. Atmosphere is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms: Fairly spacious. It needs a proper update. For example, the bathroom doors needs to be freshened up. It’s looking filthy already. The grouts on the shower tiles are looking dirty already. The bench cushions have stains on both rooms we stayed in two separate bookings. Breakfast: it was okay which they provide more options for the price they charge. Value: you are paying for location. If you want a more cleaner rooms, this is not your place especially if you are here for a vacation from other countries like Canada where cleanliness is normal. Overall, it was an OK stay for an overnight or two nights max in my humble opinion."
