"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. "Great location for the airport, but a disappointing end to our holiday After watching positive YouTube reviews, we expected much more from this hotel. Considering we started our Philippines holiday at a beautiful 5-star hotel at Newport, ending our trip at the Belmont was a real letdown and didn't feel like good value for money. The room itself was clean but it was a disappointment overall—the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were old and small. The buffet breakfast was also a major letdown; they ran out of food and plates, and the floor staff weren't attentive at all despite there being plenty of them around. On the positive side, the staff we interacted with—from reception, housekeeping to the porters—were great. The best part of the hotel is definitely its proximity to the airport via the Runway Manila skybridge. The luggage service was seamless: one porter took our bags to the entrance of the walk bridge, and another took over to wheel them right to the terminal entrance. If you strictly need a clean place to sleep with effortless Terminal 3 access, it fits the bill—just don't expect 5-star comfort or a great breakfast to close out your trip."
