Location but the Security guards should be well trained in accepting clients with reservations . Since the front desk is in front . This security guards look at there paper base list and if your name is not there they would just say your name is not there and turn you back, in fact I had a reservation and pd they would not go and check on the front desk. This is a poor attitude . I had a reservation for March 21 but bcuz of the pandemic we arrived on 03 22 at 2 am in the morning we were supposed to occupy 2 rooms as that was paid , I had an elderly with me and he was so rude. He had placed our luggage’s on the van and turned us away , I said I was to complain and that was the only time he tried to call the front desk and there we were registered . It was a bad experience for this guard that had treated us, tell them to r more compassionate as we are paying customers from other country .
