"Great for our family of 5, modern clean room, useful kitchenette and washing machine, good location close to lots of trains and easy to get around. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Would happily stay here again!"

"Lots of amenities but the pool
Was not advertised as an extra payment . The pool was also closed for the season and this was not advertised on the website
The laundry was helpful and cheap if you could manage to get a spot.
The spa was small but relaxing. Overall was great because the location was next to everything ! "
"I loved my stay here! It's close to 2 subway stations, including Akasaka with a mall and Harry Potter cafe and themed areas if you're interested. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. The staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. One of my things got mixed up with laundry, and the staff was so quick at getting it found. To note: Google maps may send you to the entrance with stairs, but if you go around the 7-eleven, there is the main large entrance that's ground level to wheel suitcases in, or drag heavy tired legs back without stairs."
"Great location and safe. Close to transportation and easy to get a taxi. Room had a slight smell but it was clean. Room with king bed was large enough for 2 people. "
