"Great Location ! Close to all city points of interest. Very helpful staff. Tran at the info desk was so helpful and was able to help us translate when we had a problem with our flight changes. All the correspondence that we received about our flight changes were in Japanese, he helped us translate through the ANA website and the staff at the info desk even helped us print a hard copy of our e-tickets! Thank you for our wonderful stay at the facility. We will stay there again, in the future when we visit for the “ Sapporo Snow Festival “ 😀😊"

"Breakfast was amazing! Japanese breakfast with unlimited servings of ikura and salmon were over the top! Bathroom shower curtain smelled, should be replaced. Otherwise, everything about this hotel works. Location and breakfast were exceptional!"

"The rooms are clear and there are a lot of amenities provided. You are very close to some of the major shopping areas like Sapporo station 5 minutes walk away or tanukikoji street around 20 minutes away. The only bad thing is there is no laundry room at the place so you either have to use the very expensive laundry service available or walk to a laundromat 25~ minutes away."
