Beautiful hotel! The friendliest, most attentive staff we have had this trip (6 hotels so far). Our room on the executive floor was really nice, comfy bed, premium sheets, fantastic breakfast, great afternoon/evening drinks and snacks (pizza was really good). The location is a little bit of a walk from the Sapporo station and where a lot of restaurants are but not too far. Terrific hotel. I loved the hair dryer!

Great place, very friendly staff! Amazing service, special thanks to Isaac in the front desk! They have happy hour, great! Only small observation, the breakfast food was all cold, even the hot dishes, one should look into it
