"Only reason for me to give low stars is, due to really terrible check-in experience with Robins. We reach at 10.30PM tired and hope for smooth check-in experience. He wasn’t friendly at all. Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2.
