Hotel Luciano K was absolutely perfect. The location, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff, two working elevators, great linens and pillows plus washcloths!! Also the rooftop bar and restaurant was a fun retreat where we were given two delicious pisco sours by the manager. We could walk to just about everything!

This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok

An older hotel brought to life by the friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay in Santiago and really enjoyed Luciano as our home base. The staff arranged a Taxi even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a 530 am flight. Pisco sours on the rooftop were another highlight. Highly recommend!

As soon as I arrived from the airport, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They were extremely understanding and helpful for any and every request I had. The property was very well maintained from the lobby all the way to the rooftop. Speaking of the rooftop, the bar was great with a lovely view of the city and mountains. Christian worked so hard to make sure everyone had what they needed every single day. The food was so good that despite eating in the city I made sure to grab some dinner at the bar. I will definitely be back to Santiago so Luciano K will be at the top of my list of places to stay.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, walking distance for anything we wanted to do. The room was great and the staff were very helpful. We dropped our key down a drain on the first day and they easily got us a new one even late at night. Highly recommend laying on the patio and taking a dip in the pool. The best mojito I’ve had!
