Huge rooms, very clean, excellent location. Staff is both, professional and friendly. The only downside was the restaurant food. So if you’re able to eat outside you will be better off! - I had no option cause I had to stay at the hotel must part of the day. Chile’s hospitality is amazing!

Loved our stay at NH Santiago! The hotel in centrally located and very close to public transit . The rooms are very spacious and clean. Buffet was assorted with various foods. The only drawback was that the hotel did not have a pool although listing states it has one. It has a Jacuzzi instead which needs to be reserved but is private. Would definitely recommend.
