First and foremost the staff are very welcoming and most helpful. They are at the heart of the hotels wonderful ambiance. The property has a prime location next to a beautiful park and a lively neighborhood full with great restaurants. It’s within walking distance to museums, plaza de armas, the presidential palace among others. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was sublime. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Very quiet noise-wise. But the best thing was the staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way. My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city. Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!

The Hotel Singular is beyond outstanding!

The Hotel Singular was simply fantastic in and of itself and for its excellent location! The staff goes above and beyond, from Sergio ensuring I had a very early check-in, to possibly the best massage of my life by Hislamar Medina! There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and the rooms are delightfully charming, beautifully decorated from a bygone era. I was very sad to leave!

This is a superlative hotel. Excellent staff in all departments, very good restaurants, room was huge. Only negatives: lousy fridge temp, no seats on the balcony, included minibar was spartan. Excellent neighborhood. I will stay again.
