El hotel en sí es muy bello, limipio, moderno y a la vez acogedor, la vista desde la terraza (y desde las piezas) una maravilla, el desayuno muy rico y abundante - y todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta las personas que limpian, pasando por las y los camareras/camareros y el simpático senior que abre la puerta al entrar y salir, son especialmente amables y muy eficientes. Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
