"Food was good at the Buffet breakfast. Staff was on the OK side. cold yet polite. Good bathrooms great water temperature and pressure. Awesome 3 elevators! "

"There was no ventilation in the bathrooms so there was mold growing on the ceilings. In US terms I would equate to a motel 6 - we were here for 2 nights and it did the job but I wouldn’t stay again "

A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loveliest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. So different to the standard formula hotels. A once in a lifetime experience . 👍🙂"
