"One of my favourite hotels when I come to Tokyo for a short period. I always ask for that panoramic view of the tower. It’s splendid. I come for that view. The best rooms are those where you can see the tower from every room, including from the bath. The rest of hotel is a bit old and I wish it had a better gym with a lifting platform. But otherwise, I like it very much."

"Hotel had lots of food options which was nice. There isn’t ac, it is just one of those small humidifier machines. The rooms are very damp and musty; quite warm at night."

"Location was really good for us first timers in Japan. Shinjuku is a city that never sleeps. I'm glad that we can't hear the noise from the outside from the 14th floor but the ventilation is horrendous. They have centralized air-conditioning which I never really felt during our stay. Not a single cold air on my skin, so had to go to bed sometimes covered in sweat because of the heat. Sometimes, it's cooler when you step outside the room, I even joked about maybe just sleeping on the hallway to get some good sleep. Other than that, everything else is actually okay. The rooms are tiny so packing up everything you bought will be a struggle but you'll work your way around it."

"We were shocked by the extremely small room upon check in. I was pleased the Shinjuku Prince staff worked hard to accommodate us and offer a fair, but pricey upgrade option to a bigger room. Once in this room, we had some issues with noise, but the floor staff were responsive and helped address this problem. All things considered, our stay was enjoyable and if you want to be close to activity- the Shinjuku Prince offers an unbeatable location in this key Tokyo ward."

"Convenient location to Ginza and Tokyo station, transportation is very close, just few minutes walk to JR and metro."

"I got the queen mattress and the room was still very small. Bathroom was extremely small and for some reason it’s not flat on the ground. Room was pretty much the bed. I love the coffee and barely attached but k wouldn’t eat there much as I came to try local food. Not the furthest from the station but it’s a 15 min walk everytime you come back. Always had issues with busses drop me off close. Very nice park and very close to a Familymart and close to a bus stop"
