"I knew this hotel was in a Business district before I booked it and it was actually not bad. The location is super convenient with a short walk to Oedo line and a few more steps to the much larger Shimbashi station it offered an easy way to get around Tokyo and because you’re in a Business district just avoid the rush hours and it’s quite nice. Evening time may not have as many dining options as other areas but there was a decent selection close by. Room was clean and well kept. They offered a free baby crib which was a huge plus for us. Garbage bins and towels were changed daily and the bed was made but the sheets weren’t changed daily but that was okay with us. Room size was typical for a Japanese hotel but it had just enough space for us. Upon checkout we left an item behind in our room and we called the moment we noticed it was missing and the hotel found the item and they held it for almost two weeks while we travelled Japan and picked it up on our return to Tokyo before our flight home. We would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic stay with family - 2 adults and a young child. The room (Premier Grand Suite twin) was spacious, very clean and comfortable with an amazing view over the city. It was very well sound proofed, as we were not disturbed by any external noise and the air conditioning was also quiet. Very good facilities and a nice shower and bath. Lovely food available via room service and in the restaurants. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located for sightseeing and close to train and tube stations. The breakfast was also very tasty with lots of options for different kinds of food. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it. If we are lucky enough to return to Tokyo in the future, we will certainly stay here again. "
