"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."

"This hotel is situated perfectly, close to Shinjuku Station, in the heart of Tokyo. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as within walking distance. There is shopping close by too. It is only a few blocks from Shinjuku Central Park for some serenity or to go for a run. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a 7-11 in the hotel as well. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering western and traditional Japanese cuisine. The views from the 27th floor were amazing as well."

"Very nice hotel. Staff were hospitable and helpful. Amenities were great. Location was excellent and accessibility to everything was great. The airport limousine picks up straight outside so getting to the airport with our luggage was a breeze. Great restaurants right outside the hotel. Room cleanliness was ok. We asked for our room to be made but they did not remove and replace the coffee cups we used. I had to ask front desk for fresh ones on the third day and after we used them, they still weren't collected over our 5 day stay. Regardless we still enjoyed the hotel. I consider it an excellent choice and would book again if I ever return to Shinjuku."
