"Quiet, and so private it doesn't have any windows. Staff were nice, convenient room service delivery was always prompt. However they never removed the plates and trash from previous orders so it just kept piling up, even after calling and asking for room cleaning, it never came even after they said it would. Good for short stays."

"Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate "

"No hot water showers in the hotel. They tell you this at the same moment they describe their no cancellation / refund policy. You either pay for the hotel without hot water or surrender your pre-paid amount of money."

"Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. It was also a surprisingly quiet night given that Sogo is the hub for "love couples" running on and off to rooms for shorts 24hrs. Also located directly to the train station. Else it's...

"Towels looks like used for rags . Bed was very uncomfortable. Rooms keys are not secure seems to be taped together. Lighting in room very poor. Bathroom light was flickering on and off. Breakfast included do I even need to say it. "
