"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "

"All the staff were fabulous, helpful and courteous. I'm a coeliac and the waiting staff couldn't do enough to make sure that what I had was GF, cooked separately, and hot The concierge staff helped immensely, pointing out places to visit as we'd never been to the area before absolutely deserve 5 stars from me for service Room(we were upgraded to a double) was well maintained, clean, and tidy and the nights sleep was as good as at home One downside...... We shared the toilet with a family of ladybirds......... "
