"Breakfast was really not good. Quite literally no food at all when we went down. One member of staff on refill but bringing only one thing at a time. We were told by someone else that two staff had called in sick, but noine from the hotel came to tell us anything. Ultimately we did get food and Hilton extended our checkout, but had we been more rushed this could have been a disaster. "

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Room nice and clean but noise from the fan was irritating as you cannot switch it off - also last time we stayed we ordered the meal deal of evening meal and breakfast but deal not available this time and no cooked breakfast Mon - Thurs. So we ate elsewhere for breakfasts and our 2nd night evening meal"

"Half the breakfast menu costs extra, the porridge was like tepid mortar, the continental had sliced white and brown bread only, no bread buns, room 207 was baking hot with no way to cool it, the old leaded windows are characterful but completely warped and can't be closed, half the payment terminals didn't work, and the staff were friendly but inefficient."

"Parking was easy. Comfortable walk to hooton train station. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent especially Cajun wedges. Rooms are basic but ask the staff for fridge, hairdryer etc and they’ll provide. Place was quiet. They had a large function with over 100 people Saturday night and no impact to us. Beautiful gardens "
