Great location with everything within easy reach. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room clean with all we needed for a short break in Liverpool. We parked our car in Mount Pleasant car park, just around the corner for the duration of our stay at a cost of £6 per day. Highly recommended

Really great staff, brilliant location near the station, within walking distance to everywhere and lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's not obvious in the amenities, but our kitchen had a disherwasher, a very large fridge and freezer box and a dishwasher (with tablets supplied!), plus a Nespresso machine (I would have taken pods if I had known). They have a gym too, which was empty each time we went in the morning. Super clean and well laid out, you won't be disappointed! Our only issue was that the toilet door wouldn't shut properly; we didn't have time to tell them, but I am sure they would have done their best to solve it. Also, brilliantly, the toilet was separate from the bath/shower, so that really helped for our family of four! I wish the windows were a little lower so it felt a bit more airy/open, but clearly not the biggest deal! We didn't have breakfast; we didn't see anyone having breakfast, actually, perhaps because it is so easy to eat out with so many great places nearby.

This is a city centre hotel. No on site parking but the nearby car park charges £6 for 24c hours, so very helpful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Apartment was well equipped; full size fridge, hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans- and even a Dishwasher, on one floor, there is a fitness suite which is available to use. The apartment was comfortable and every hing the city centre has to offer is nearby. The breakfast choice was comprehensive. Would stay there again.
