"Very nice clean hotel with efficient and pleasant staff. Very good location. Walking distance to town centre. Paying for parking was a disappointment as we thought car park was included as when we booked it said parking at rear but no mention of payment."

"Everything was lovely, especially the breakfast and evening meal with excellent food and excellent service from the very hard working staff. Our room was very good and the hotel and its grounds are beautiful. Our only suggestion is that the house keeping of rooms could be a bit more careful to remember to wash glasses, replenish water and tissues. "

"Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is in the most beautiful setting and after a day trip around Liverpool we had a leisurely swim in the indoor pool a light meal which we thoroughly enjoyed and a restful nights sleep. The only negative was we didnt stay another night to explore the walks around the hotel which was very scenic, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend. "

"Spotless room. Very quiet. Really great staff, the Irish gentleman checking us in is a credit to the company. (Didn’t catch his name 😢). The staff as we left were all delightful too. Great choice of stay after shopping at Cheshire Oaks. Very handy. Food smelt good even though we had already eaten. Would recommend. "
