"When you’re planning your excursions, it’s a good idea to be a bit wary! The pictures and flyers might not always capture the full experience. Also, it’s helpful to ask about what a premium open bar entails and whether a faster vehicle is really necessary for the off-road adventures. If you’re unsure, go into more detail to avoid any disappointment. The hotel itself is generally good and clean, but the service at the steakhouse restaurant could use a bit of a boost and quality service. Overall, I’d give the hotel a 7.5/10."

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort

"I have two teenagers. I chose the Hard Rock Resort, not only because it is an All Inclusive resort, but also because I saw that they had a Water Park. I wanted to make sure there were things my children can do & enjoy themselves. The Water Park definitely helps break the use of the pool & beach. The beach had a lot of seaweed on June 21st, I think it cleared out a bit day by day, the waves were a bit strong so i didn’t feel comfortable with them getting in too much. They also had a nice Lazy River. I saw pool & Beach Volleyball. Aside from water activities, I saw there was miniature golf, i think I saw pickle ball, ping pong & basketball. I saw this through our balcony. We didn’t use these facilities, but we saw people using the premises. They also had a gym, included with our stay, where I saw parents with their teenagers using the gym. They have shows every night. There’s other activities inside that you have to pay to use, like laser & bowling. But aside from the shops, everything else was included. It was a lot of fun. We stayed 6 nights, it was perfect."

"I had such a lovely time at the TRS Turquesa resort throughout my stay. All the staff were so kind and nice to make sure you get what you need. Shoutout to my butler Rodney, to make sure my stay at the resort was comfortable, asked if I needed anything, checking up on me now and then, and ensure all my reservations were made. I would definitely come back here again for the warm reception."

"My wife and I had an incredible vacation at the Grand Palladium Select Bávaro Resort in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The beach was absolutely stunning, the pools were fantastic, and there was always something fun to do. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and every employee we met was friendly and attentive. A special thank you goes to our golf cart driver, Luis. He was always smiling, professional, and incredibly kind. Luis made getting around the resort easy and enjoyable, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we arrived at our destinations quickly and comfortably. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly made a difference in our vacation. My only complaint was the food. While there were plenty of options and everything was well presented, I was hoping for more authentic Dominican cuisine to really experience the local culture and flavors. Adding more traditional Dominican dishes would make an already great resort even better. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we made unforgettable memories together. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Punta Cana. Thank you to the entire staff—and especially Luis—for making our trip so special!"
