Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean & well maintained. Good location for Southsea in the university area. A couple of bars nearby which might be a problem for some people but I can’t say it ever bothered us. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Room was very small, shower/toilet was so small I could hardly move in there and I am petite. Bedside lighting leads beside the bed very dangerous, particularly if a child was in there. No room to make drinks, boil kettle etc. Parking was good. Breakfast was very good

Check in is easy, there is limited parking so definitely cannot rely on getting a space. Only one lift working so had we been further up might had have a problem but only on the second floor. Room good but bathroom quite small.
