Hotel was in the perfect location as we were attending a concert at the O2 next door. Room was large and beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean and I liked the separate bath and walk in shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The staff were very helpful when arriving and during our stay. Our room was clean and had a lovely view of the Thames River and O2 Arena. Breakfast both mornings was really nice and had a good variety of buffet food.

Stayed here when attending a concert at the O2 because it’s so convenient. Arrived just before the 3 o’clock check in but the room wasn’t ready until after 4 o’clock, this impacted our time getting ready to attend the concert and find somewhere to eat. At breakfast it was rather a long time before anyone asked if we would like coffee, when it arrived we went to choose our breakfast from the buffet, returned to the table only to find they had taken the coffee away!!

Fantastic property with direct access to the O2. The rooms were large, modern, and spacious. The pool has child-friendly hours and was a refreshing treat during the hot weather. The multiple restaurants with stunning views of the Thames and Canary Wharf were wonderful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

The housekeeping staff is exceptional. The room id cleaned thoroughly, and I appreciate the excellent service. However, the paid parking is extremely frustrating and feels like a rip-off. After already paying a substantial amount for the hotel, having to spend close to £80 per day on parking is unreasonable, especially for guests who need to leave and return to the hotel three or four times a day. Based on my experience, the price I paid for the junior suite was far too high considering the room’s appearance, amenities, and overall quality. While the housekeeping service deserves praise, the excessive parking charges and the lack of value for money significantly affected my overall experience. I hope management will reconsider its parking policy and review the pricing of its junior suites to provide guests with better value.

Fantastic service; food (Seafood on Fridays in Brasserie on 1st floor and breakfast, lovely cool room and soft sheets and comfy bed. Check out is at 12pm so no stress. Easy access to O2 for concert, which was essential as the show we went to finished at 11pm, so eliminated all the stress. Had a gift shop with snacks open after concert ended which is good for late night munchies. Didn’t have time to use spa but it looked lovely. Will stay again.
