Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo. Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever. We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those. My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room.

I can’t find fault with the room we were given. It was very spacious and comfortable . However, there’s not much options with the dinner buffet unlike in the past..I ordered the crispy cauliflower at the bar, it wasn’t crispy at all and the batter is too thick , nothing really special about it..

The rooms in this hotel are in dire need of refurbishment. The carpets are stained horribly, the vents in the bathroom are layered thick in dust. Just stay over the road in the new premier inn. This hotel seems to milk conference guests.

Requesting a code for parking, met with attitude, room door would not tightly close and gaps, it locked ok very noisy. Tv reception was terrible, the fridge was not cold at all. Mini bar not refilled daily. When we arrived the room Was very cold. Pillows were not good and the bed was small for queen I thought, not very comfortable.
