I really appreciate the security of the property with the front gate. I’m also thankful that the staff (Pamela) was super helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area that were very good

It was very conveniently located next to Quinta Avenida. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a laundromat next door, so I was able to get my laundry washed and folded at the end of my trip - a definite plus. You need to pay for parking in the area if you have a car, but it is not expensive. The front office staff can pay on your behalf ahead of time and you reimburse them when you check out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed and hotel facilities were all quite comfortable and satisfactory. The only things that were a little disappointing were the noise from the club across the street and the fact that there wasn’t enough hot water for the shower. Other than that, considering the price, the location and cleanliness were excellent. I would definitely give this place 100 out of 100! 😊 If I visit the area again, I would definitely stay here again. Overall, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! 👍

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it was nice to have something available each morning. My only disappointment was that the pool was quite small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service!

The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast it’s not what expected but it works specially if you are not vegan and no traveling with kids at least you have something to put on your mouth before starting the day . No vegan options thou I got a bottle of wine which I don’t understand if i was solo traveling with a kid . There is no elevator but staff helped me with the bags which it was really helpful .

The hotel is in an excellent location , clean and good staff. However directly across from the hotel is a disco that plays extremely loud music until 2:30 am every day. Sleep is extremely hard to come by until after 2:30.
