"Overall, we had a great stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities and food were very enjoyable. The adults-only atmosphere and location were definite highlights. The only downside was the room size. Although we paid the same price and had the same package/bundle as the rest of our family, our room was noticeably about half the size of theirs, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and we still had a very pleasant experience."

"We had 3 rooms with two different families. Two out of three view were great, but one was on the side facing the parking lot. The one with the good view had construction going on right outaide the door but they did end at around 7 or 8pm. Beach staff was amazing and quick, they should clean the beach."
