"The staff was on top of it! I was visiting Victoria for 2 nights for a work trip and the staff accommodated an early check in so I could do a work call in my room. The rooms were well appointed and clean. I loved having a kitchenette and the coffee was also good which was a bonus."

"Everything was wonderful & great location. I was under the understanding that it was a +19 hotel yet there was children in the pool & hot tub during my stay, not sure how strict they are on this"
