It is the 1st time in our lives, that we have ever had a call from the front desk shortly after checking in, to ask us if we were happy with the room and if there was anything that we needed. "The room was clean. The blanket on the bed felt much better than other hotels in the same price point. We did have an issue getting into our room as the card wasn't properly registered but it was fixed immediately. We were able to go to the pool. It was nicely heated. We also the tried the pub found on lower lower level. The service was slow but that was because only one person was doing the serving. We don't blame him for his unfortunate circumstance. When he was serving us, he was excellent. Shout out to Payel for being a great server to us. Overall our one night stay was great. "
