"Location good! Desk staff good & obliging. Laminate floors filthy. Dirt and debris behind doors. Dead flies. Hole in bathtub couldn’t use & thankfully a shower stall was in the room for 3 of us to use. Lighting was very poor. Had to use phone flashlight to play cards at the table which was attached to the wall. Extremely overpriced for what we got and experienced. Being a long weekend we had no other affordable options near the airport. Being seniors (70’s) carrying 3 - 50 lb suitcases & 3 carry on up to 2nd floor because they couldn’t accommodate on main floor was a struggle and made the last 4 days of our Island holiday go from exceptional to stressful!"

"I ahve stayed at red lion many many times. This was the worst time. The TV was messed up when we were trying to relax in the suite after wandering the city. The front desk attendant helped fix that. The sink was dirty when we got into the room. Toothpaste was still in the sink. The bed and suite were well kept otherwise. The main aggrevation of the trip was at 7:30-8am, the housekeepers were talking and yelling in Korean and laughing in the hallway for hours. We found out when we were leaving that the maids room was across the way and they had the door wide open. Our sleep was disrupted and so we're left tired for the day. This should be common knowledge that before 9-10am people are sleeping. Warning! If you get room 120, ask to move!!!!"

"Stay is good. Rooms are lovely and with a good view. Restaurants close really early around 7:30 pm, not ideal as there are not much options to eat nearby either. Plus only one restaurant was open and didn’t have a lot of options. Staff is courteous. Property is beautiful, but one of the pools wasn’t open yet. "
