"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to have a water spa, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. It was an excellent experience. My daughter, who is a gymnast, especially benefited from soaking in the cold water after her training. The massage therapy and herbal spa were incredibly relaxing and added to the overall experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. My children also loved the beds—they were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy for everyone to rest and recharge. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book this place again the next time we visit the Philippines. Highly recommended!"

"I checked in, the front desk gave me a welcoming chocolate, a warm welcome on a late evening arrival. But it turned out to be a big disappointment. As a first time guests they gave a room at top floor. I arrived tired from a long day of flights and all I want was to shower and sleep. The room did not have any towels! I could not shower. The receptionist that night was very welcoming but the room was not ready! Also, the shower floor overflowed the following night!I the lotion and hand soap dispenser need refilling! I don’t mind cost if it’s worth the value. Disappointing. I want to like this hotel but each time there’s a reason for me to doubt booking it again. I think it’s overpriced for what they offer. Such a shame. They probably had cut cost on staff. First impressions are important. And th e impression I got was not very good."

"Clean room. Responsive staff and nice refreshed hotel room that we chose (Room 1011). The masters bedroom was facing the busy street making it less peaceful than the 2 other rooms in the 3 br suite. The kitchen was well equipped and had complimentary drinking water good for 4 days for our stay. Will definitely stay again and do highly recommend this property/hotel."

"Overall, we had a good two-week stay at Astoria Plaza. Check-in and our entire stay were smooth, and the staff were pleasant. My only concerns were that the kitchen sink didn’t have hot water, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. Also, we booked a two-bedroom suite, but it only came with one complimentary parking space. For a two-bedroom unit that can accommodate multiple guests, it would make more sense to include at least two parking spaces or offer an additional one at a discounted rate. Other than those issues, we had a comfortable stay."
