"The hotel location is fantastic. We had a sea facing room and had a wonderful view of the ocean and mountains in the background, as well as fishing boats. The gym is also well equipped - multiple stationary bikes, treadmills, exercise machines. The only down side is that there is a strong odor of cigarettes in there all the time. May be due to bad air circulation in that room. There is also a nice outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of local and western choices. Hotel staff are wonderful, very helpful, polite and customer focused."

"A lovely hotel by the waterfront with an amazing view of yachts and the islands. All meals are in the buffet restaurant that provides a huge choice of local dishes and some international food. There is a tiny bar by the waterfront that serves simple food in the evenings. Excellent service staff and ambience. The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to shopping malls, served by the hotel's free shuttle bus. Grab to the city is easy to get and inexpensive. Very convenient location. A hassle-free stay at this lovely hotel."

"It was okay. Staff were professional but seems as if they're in mourning whenever I appeared. Conversations just stopped, etc. It's the hospitality industry. You might have to talk with people who don't look like you. Sorry. Rooms were fairly clean. The thing about the tourist tax and deposit was annoying. They only accept cash but there's no ATM in the lobby. I already paid online but I have to make a cash deposit and such. I asked for another towel because I had to use one for the floor and the other had fallen. They charged me 10 ringgit cash and did not return it upon check out. Why am I being charged for a towel that I am not going to keep?Modern aesthetic but it's pretty scuffed up. Carpeted corners have plenty of dust. Pool was running and seemed clean. Cafรฉ/Restaurant was clean. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. It an okay hotel."
