He listened to my concern and moved our room without hesitation. We were impressed by his highly coordinated team working to relocate us for our stay. Facilities engineering should be applauded for their responsiveness and cleanliness. Minor toilet issue was resolved within 15 minutes upon contact. Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."

The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids."
