The hotel staffs are very friendly. Before arrival I received an email saying the hotel cannot accept COVID positive guests. Upon arrival the concierge informed me that I will be paying a 3000 HKD penalty if I tested positive with COVID, I wish I had known this when I made this booking a month ago. Sadly while staying here on Day 2 at night, I was informed by the Health authority that I tested positive. Following gov regulations, I was supposed to get transferred to a quarantine facility. The Health authority was not able to pick me up before 12 noon on the next day because their services were overwhelmed, but the hotel manager allowed me to pay and stay in my room while waiting. The Health authority then picked me up at night and transferred me to a quarantine location. During the entire covid events, the hotel manager Mr Xu was very friendly and supportive to guide me on what to do next following gov guidance. Thank you Mr Xu and your team.
